I'm not sure what hours work best for you, but generally in the 1500-2000 UTC time of day is when i have meetings (to at least attempt to overlap with europe). We could do IRC if that works, just drop by whenever and say hello, or we can setup a hangout's call to talk about it as well. What works best for you? We could do hangouts maybe wed at 1500 UTC?

I have built the PoC for the Facebook Messenger bot. You can find the demo video here.
Currently, I have built it for English and Tamil. It can be extended to other languages if volunteers contribute to training the NLP models. You can find the source code at my GitHub repository.
