@greg: is your idea that all managers can/should add their delegates in the description of this event? If so, you may need to look at the permissions (I don't have access yet). If not, then what do you suggest those of us going to this event should do? FWIW, I don't think I need to specify delegates (since people have gotten used to me being gone for a while) but other attendees could probably use permission.
