We discussed this at the ArchCom meeting today. Here's are the three we discussed as possibilities for the September 30 meeting:

• T112553: Integrate the Virtual Rest Service (VRS) into core, and make it generally available (from RequestContext?)
  • Last week, @GWicke suggested we might not need an entire hour for this. We also didn't see the decision (or lack thereof) as something that is explicitly blocking anyone's work.
• T90914: Provide semantic wiki-configurable styles for media display
  • We anticipate this one probably will take an entire hour, and may have more urgency than T112553
• T30085: RFC: Allow user login with email address in addition to username
  • Timezones, arghghgh!!!! @devunt says "@tstarling I'm afraid I'm not able at every Wednesday 21 o'clock UTC. On Wednesday, I'm able to meet at after midnight or before 14 o'clock in UTC." From a timing perspective, we think 2015-09-31 0:00 UTC might be a good time to have a separate version of this discussion from our normally scheduled IRC time. That time doesn't work well for Europeans, but works ok for San Francisco and really well for Australia and eastern Asia, and thus Tim can be there. I plan to create a separate Phab event for this one.

Per the edit, T112553 will be first, and then tentatively T90914 if there is time. We will plan to discuss T30085 at E74 at 5pm Wednesday PDT.

@RobLa-WMF: I'd like to get some designers' input on T90914, I don't know if they're in the habit of attending rfc meetings in general. So I'd prefer to have good advance notice, and publicize the meeting via email involving the design team, etc.

Also note that 6pm EDT is a hard cutoff for me (I have to pick up my kid), so I'd generally not to squeeze discussions in at the end of meetings.
