Hi Guys -- are we allowing users to add pictures? Can they navigate to a webpage to add a citation?

@LilaTretikov Hey Lila,

Adding media from smartphones: Multimedia team and VE team are working towards adding media uploader in VE. It's in design phase right now. The mobile counter-part for it is also part of this design phase.

About citation: Yes, if you look at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/M63/177/ (last mockup) it shows the whole citation flow and also the Google Chrome on iOS, user can use browser tabs to navigate away to other pages and come back.
