	Culled from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9422553/list-of-available-collators-in-php. Note that this list uses old information on purpose. It takes several years for languages to migrate from CLDR support to the ICU libraries (http://site.icu-project.org/) to PHP's intl extension (http://php.net/manual/en/book.intl.php). If anyone knows a way to pull this information directly from PHP, that would be even better.
