4.0.0.beta.0: Refactor for customization, fix section links

Refactor to allow easier customization using a custom LESS file that gets compiled
Prevent headings from being blocked by the header when you click a section link (for example, when you click a link in the table of contents so you jump down to the corresponding section)
Increment version number (4.0.0 beta.0)
