Add test that grammatical feature item IDs are distinct

To protect against the case where two item IDs in the same list begin
with the same prefix, and I don’t notice while transcribing that the
prefix of the second ID autocompletes to the first ID rather than what
it should have been. This happened with the Bengali verb templates, for
instance, where several items begin Q5665… or Q75….
