Add support for Norwegian Bokmål adjectives and verbs

The translations and templates were provided by [[User:Danmichaelo]] [1]
and [[User:Jon Harald Søby]] [2] at [[Wikidata:Wikidata Lexeme
Forms/Norwegian Bokmål]] [3] – thank you!

There are also templates for nouns, but I have an open question about
the plural forms of the feminine noun template, so for now I’m leaving
those templates out and only adding adjectives and verbs.
