Remove backend and canonical from service.template

The backend is a no-op (kubernetes is the only backend at the moment and
for the foreseeable future), “canonical” (toolforge.org rather than
tools.wmflabs.org, if memory serves) isn’t even supported anymore
(webservice warns about it).
