Provide path towards SPARQL queries with elements

• Add two methods to property_statistics.py that generate the queries, based on grouping and property
• Add method make_stats_object_for_page_title to get the PropertyStatistics object from the page title
• Add endpoint queries that takes as parameters the page (to retrieve the config), the property and the grouping and calls the above methods
