Adapt queries to handle 'totals' use-case

Integraality outputs a footer with the totals per property for the collection
(covering all groupings and no-grouping).

The queries feature was not working for these - same way
as it did not work for no-grouping (fixed in 770cc9324).

• Output the property name in the wikicode
• In get_query_for_items_X, interpret the lack of group as the 'totals' use-case, and generate the (simple) query
