Request activation of "Extension:GuidedTour" in Thai Wikipedia

Description

Thai Wikipedia is planning to deploy the "Extension:GuidedTour" for the purpose of integrating with the "Wiki loves X" project as a tutorial. Having been aware that such deployment shall be requested here and be done through the link https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=InitialiseSettings.php, I hereby request on behalf of Thai Wikipedia to deploy the said extension. Yes, this is needed for any change request.

There are two levels of consensus. First, the concept of interactive tutorial was part of the project supported by the community and funded by WMF.

Nevertheless, we have organised a vote for this extension matter on Thai Wikipedia as soon as Dereckson flagged it as "Community-consensus-needed". The training program will commence next month and there will be participants from all over the country. It would be embarrassing if we can't get our web training in place. Could we have this fixed in a week or two please?

To prepare your tour, you could find useful these design recommandations and the documentation to write an on-wiki tour.
