There are essentially two ways to use a watchlist, for two different use cases:
- show all changes
- show only the latest change per page (i.e. list pages changed since x)

Added to T99930: Minimum viable product [tracking], but I would like to keep the current show all changes as default (opposed to mediawiki). In my experience it's more used (at least by "heavy cross-wiki" users) and more "logical" to show all changes.
