@EBernhardson @matthiasmullie asked me how to add reviewers on a CI related change beside me. Gerrit can let us add groups of people and we can then add such a group as a reviewer which Gerrit will expand to all people.
I propose we create such a group with the following members:
- all of Release-Engineering-Team members
- @Legoktm and @Krinkle that are primary maintainers already
- @Addshore and @JanZerebecki from WMDE who maintains Wikidata related jobs and have interest in dealing with composer dependency management
