We have a template: {{fordítás|<language code>|<original title>|<original oldid>}}. It should be put at the end of every translated article. The end should look like this:

== Jegyzetek ==
{{jegyzetek}}<!-- template for <references /> -->

== Fordítás ==
* {{fordítás|<parameters as above>}}

== Források ==
<!-- references (not inline ones) -->

== További információk ==
<!-- a very few external (or other WMF) websites with additional, not used information -->

== Kapcsolódó szócikkek ==
<!-- further reading -->

Of course, comments shouldn’t put in the article, they’re only FYI. Is it any way to put it at the bottom? At least, user should be warned to use the {{fordítás}} template.

@Tacsipacsi Thanks for your request. Currently, we're using 'contenttranslation' tag to filter out all articles created by Content Translation tool. You can view it in Recent Changes page.

@KartikMistry: OK, I hope if it will be available in the future.
