Currently the Alerts tab under preferences lists all the Alerts that will generate using AWB. Many of these are only applicable to certain Wiki's like ENWP and are hard coded to only work there. I recommend modifying the Alerts menu to gray out or inactivate the checkboxes for Wiki's where they do not work.

Those which do not apply won't affect anything anyway. They do not affect speed which we have skip checks in code anyway. They do not affect alert box neither since they won't appear.
