Cryptic and redundant "Edges already exist; transaction has no effect"
Open, LowestPublic

Description

Adding a comment to a task while selecting "Associate projects" without entering any project results into an ugly error which says "Edges already exist; transaction has no effect" (edges? is that jargon? some sort of pun?) and requires to confirm the comment.

The error message should be removed when the comment/action *does* have an effect, i.e. when a comment was typed.

This can be still reproduced. For Priority the message is human-readable:

Action Has No Effect
The action you are taking has no effect:
The task already has the selected priority.

For projects, it could simply say

The task already has the selected project(s)

I suspect this will be fixed soon after this problem is reported upstream.
