The addition of release tags by https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/Forrestbot/feed/ is useful but duplicative of gerritbot's notification upon changeset closure; it also doesn't need any reaction. I therefore want to ignore such changes.
Possible options I can think of:
- make Forrestbot not add a comment, tell users to ignore notifications for project changes;
- let users ignore specific users;
- implement a blacklist which makes Forrestbot ignored for everyone's notifications, à la l10n-bot for jenkins.
