Convert WDQS beta to use Varnish as frontend

Description

Currently WDQS beta uses nginx as fronted. We prefer varnish as it matches current infrastructure better.

Looks like we don't need varnish for labs after all. Attaching varnish configs here just in case we ever need them and I lose them from my local disk.
