Description

When I am anonymous and I visit the public collection view, at the bottom I see an add collection button.
When I'm anon and I click create collection I am taken to the login page I am redirected back to the page and the create collection overlay interface. When I create the collection the page reloads and my new collection is at the top of the page (beware race conditions).
