Description

Thankfully a second copy of the visualeditor tag can be extracted from the "Edit" schema (action.type == saveSuccess), and it would be really good to fix this. Other tags however are lost.

@Jdforrester-WMF, I just queried enwiki's change_tag and tag_summary tables for 26 May and both seem to have plenty of VE tags. What exactly are we trying to accomplish here?

It looks like T100439 affected tags in the recentchanges table, but not in change_tag or tag_summary tables. Since recentchanges is regularly purged, @Jdforrester-WMF and I decided it isn't worth backfilling.
