Description

VC will be initially presented from bottom without interaction (pop up)
height of popup should be configurable
VC will then be able to be pulled up to full screen (interaction)
VC can also be pushed down to dismiss (interaction)
Tapping outside of the VC will also dismiss
Tapping inside the VC should also present full screen (however tapping a control in the VC should perform the action instead)
Presenting VC should be screenshot-ed (transforms to be applied forthcoming)
Transition should work when VC is a scroll view (table or collection)
