Description

Unlike convertLqtPagesWithProp.php, this would convert a whole namespace that uses $wgLqtNamespaces.

This is only relevant for third-party users since $wgLqtNamespaces defaults to empty and is not overridden for WMF.

This is probably relatively simple; it would just use NamespaceIterator.
