WikidataTester auf test.wikidata.org angelegt und account in Jenkins hinterlegt.

WikidataTester created on test.wikidata.org and account info stored in Jenkins.

I didn't yet give it any special rights, because I'm unclear regarding the security implications.

All it would need AFAIK is the propertycreator right.
