I am concerned about the level of consensus expressed in that discussion.
For a wiki the size of the Polish Wikipedia, having three people decide on a matter that has proven as controversial as automatic blocking of users through the AbuseFilter seems quite insufficient.
As far as I can see, the discussion has not been advertised on the local community noticeboard or any other place that I can think of off the top of my head, so I'd really prefer that this be put on hold until proper community agreement is reached.
Since there has been no opposition to that discussion in more than two weeks and it seemed like an appropriate venue, I went ahead and submitted the patch. But if it's not enough support, another discussion on a more high traffic discussion page might be needed. I've -1'd the gerrit change for now.
