[Bug] Input boxes for time datatype statements always use ltr

Description

Input boxes for statements that have properties with the time datatype have the direction set to ltr, even if the user's language is rtl.

Is it important? I use Wikidata in Hebrew, and I actually find this (possibly unintended) feature convenient, but maybe it's because I'm accustomed to typing the date according to the xkcd 1179 standard (a.k.a. ISO 8601).
