Cannot access machines in the services-testbed project

Description

There are two machines in the services-testbed project in Cloud-Services (grafana and proba), both of which seem to be unreachable by ssh:

$ ssh -v grafana.eqiad.wmflabs

Using the new DNS scheme (grafana.services-testbed.eqiad.wmflabs) yields the same result. Note that connecting to machines from other projects works fine.

Interestingly, the VMs' consoles show a normal boot sequence (as well as sshd starting) and their stats are available in Labs' nagios.

And I don't see these projects at all on NovaInstance - just blank (even after logging out and back in)

I can see the project and its instances there, but the funny thing is that the projects services and services-testbed do not show up in the list of projects at all.
