After an embarrassing number of typos, I managed to enable subpages in the Flow_test and Flow_test_talk namespaces, so you can now see T76197 in action at http://ca.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Flow_test_talk:Foo/Bar (that page should be a Flow board but isn't).
