Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

After last changes I have following problem with bot:
when running interwiki.py in core, bot sometimes freeze - still loading from some wiki, ctrl+c does nothing (should stop and write dump), only ctrl+pause works (win 7)
Sometimes in happen after two hours, sometimes after few minutes.
I have unstabille wi-fi connection. Some days age bot have breaks, but after some time it loads it. Now there are fewer breaks, but freezing.
