There isn't an option in Email Preferences to mute project subscriber changes. I don't know if its included in project watchers updates.

Project membership changes.
I have set it to Ignore, but still get notifications via email.
(mmm I think this is a duplicate, but it's late and I want to zzzzzz)

Membership changes aren't the same as subscriber changes. I'm mostly getting a ton of spam from acl*Batch-Editors because everyone is being added and subscribed but then finding out that they can be unsubscribed while still being a member which sends an email saying "X removed a subscriber: X". Remove/adding member notifications are already disabled by me.
