This problem is of a different nature. It's the result of having deploy https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/214833/
We're deploying https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/217670/ to resolve the issue. Stand by.
Confirmed that https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/217670/ fixed the issue on fr.wiktionary.org.
The issue was that the save path for some of these wikis was still using the Parsoid v1 API, which expects inline data-parsoid. However, HTML loading was already switched to RESTBase (by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/214833/), which delivers slim HTML without data-parsoid.
The second patch fixed this by switching over the save path to use RESTBase as well.
