Description

assign all existing VE tasks to an Epic [to a Tranche]
- create collection Epics as necessary to usefully group all tasks without having too many Epics [decided to not have groupings smaller than tranche]
Build out Epics as needed to cover all Goals and target criteria [current tranches cover all Q2 goals]
