deploy logstash-logback-encoder to Archiva

Description

I need either a) access to deploy to https://archiva.wikimedia.org/, or b) someone to deploy logstash-logback-encoder for me.

If it is the latter, then I need:

http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails|net.logstash.logback|logstash-logback-encoder|4.2|jar

and it's dependencies:

Note: jackson-annotations is also a dependency, but we already have that one.

@Ottomata what do you think? not sure how we deal with archiva access requests

Ideally LDAP + Archiva would be working, and we could just add users to some LDAP group. There was some bug in Archiva when I installed this that kept it from working properly in our LDAP setup, but I don't remember the specific details right now. In the mean time, you can give people the archiva-deploy username, found on iron in /srv/passwords/archiva. These steps can then be followed:

There is also probably a less manual maven way to upload the artifacts too, but I don't know it.
