Extension:NewUserMessage stopped working in ta wiki

Description

Recently Extension:NewUserMessage installed on ta wiki (T100431). Seems after creating the signatures page, it stopped working. I deleted the meadiwiki:Newusermessage-signatures page, but no luck.
