Wondering if I should re-do it? Or just clean up the one I have at https://github.com/reedy/autowikibrowser
I think the worst is just a few branches/tags that should be deleted from the final git repo

No. This is for the actual task of doing the repo conversion, any cleanup and alike. T101053 is the discussion of whether we should switch to git
@Reedy: is this for migrating to git anywhere (like github) or to gerrit/differential specifically?
We've still gotta decide the where. I dunno if it should be github or else gerrit/differential. Personally I don't care much where it ends up, though, I'm not sure how much use the pre-commit code review would be for the project
This was more about me re-evaluating the way I did the export, and any sort of cleanup. I think it's mostly ok, bar killing some old branches/tags before moving forward...
Hey @Reedy,
a couple years later just ran across this one in another context.
We now have the option to import your github repo to gitlab. Just sayin', that would be just a few clicks if there is interest.
