I propose to decline this request (and close the tracking bug too). I don't see why a "project" with two open tasks (which could also easily be searched for across tasks via "robots.txt") needs a workboard and a project tag.

I would decline this as well @Aklapper, Most robots work is done on wiki now via the Mediawiki: space, what isn't done can be handle via the site-requests etc project tags there isn't a need for this tacking anymore.
