Phragile should link to the Phabricator Sprint Workboard (e.g. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/sprint/board/1273/) instead of the "normal" Phabricator workboard (e.g. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/1273/).

This link doesn't work if the sprint extension is not installed. We could link to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/wikidata-sprint-2015-06-02/ instead which leads to the board if the sprint extension is installed but on my local phabricator installation I get to the profile page instead.
The options we have are project/view/{id} (the current situation), project/sprint/board/{id} (works only with the sprint extension) or tag/{tag} (seems to work with both but no stable identifier).

Presumably this is no longer needed as the board view has been removed from the sprint extension.
