[CX2] Refs are moved to the end of paragraph

Description

When refs are inline in the original article, when translating they are all moved to the end of the paragraph. See image:

Note: when re-checking in cx2-testing, the references are moved to the end of a sentence, not a paragraph. See the example in the comment.

Checked for the same article as the issue was reported - 'Concorde TSP Solver'. The issue is still present in cx2-testing when MT is used (Apertium/Yandex); when 'Use source text' option is used, all references are in place.

One correction to the ticket description: The references move to the end of the sentence. So, there should be several references in a sentence for the issue to happen.
Another article will have references are congregated by the end of a sentence - 'en:Transport Layer Security':
