Similar to the link "Random item" where one gets a random item to improve, I think a link "Help improve items with violations" which links to an item which is used quite often and has many violations would be great since this would probably lead to people fixing the most important cases of constraint violations, leading to a much better error rate.
Therefore, the constraint violations have to be saved in a violation table and be kept up-to-date, on which we a currently working on.
