[Phragile] [Bug] Investigate issue with burndown chart

Description

The burndown chart of the TCB Sprint is shown as a constant line at 28 points during the whole sprint: http://phragile.wmflabs.org/sprints/1284
This need to be investigated.

It's a bit mysterious.. The issue vanished yesterday afternoon but today around 11:00 it occurred again. In the afternoon it was gone again for the TCB project but started happening for the Wikidata project. At the moment both projects work fine again..
So it seems this issue is time-related.. I have no idea what causes this but we need to look into it.
