Krenair set Security to None.

What is the expectation based on that the action should create a restricted blocker?

My understanding of ticket creation with the "Access Request" security option is that it will open a separate restricted blocker for ops review? I think that should happen if you set the option after ticket creation...

@Krenair: it would be difficult to implement this and I don't have any time budgeted to work on the security extension any time soon.
