There are some translatable help-pages on Meta and Mediawiki that should be transcluded to a local project. One task that identifies such pages is Make help-links on special pages uniform. When transcluded the different languages could be retained, as it is useful for visitors that isn't fluent in the local content language to be able to read the help page.

The mechanism should be more or less the same as used by transclusions from Commons.

To do transclusion of help pages will be very helpful for smaller projects, as they spend a lot of hours on translating pretty basic help and policy pages.
