Mails sent from NLWiki contactform to OTRS end up in the Probably Spam queue
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Mails that are sent from the contactform on NLWiki end up in the Probably Spam queue of OTRS. According to OTRS admin Krd this is due to the "Precedence: Bulk" header.
Mails from the contactform send on June 10th or earlier don't have that header, mails sent from the contactform on June 12th and later do have this. (Ticket:2015061010017899 doesn't have the "Precedence: Bulk" header and Ticket:2015061210010731 does have that header. The contact form wasn't used in between those two mails)

Unless there's something within MediaWiki to do, I've made an adjustment within OTRS which should correct this issue. I've created a filter which should divert any mail sent to WikiAdmin~nlwiki <info-nl@wikimedia.org> (which is what is in the header of messages sent via that form) the info-nl queue.

That should resolve things. OTRS agents can see further details at https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?diff=60126.
