ggellerman triaged this task as Medium priority.

We think the intent of item #1 ("Add influencers/indicators") was to append that list to the invitation. That would only make sense if we include all the focus areas as well, which seems unwieldy to me. Therefore, I propose that we NOT make this change for the Q4 cycle, and consider it as part of our larger rethinking for Q1.

  1. Template:

ggellerman renamed this task from Changes to Q4 THC calendar invite & reminders to Changes to Q4 Team Health Check calendar invite & reminders.Jun 30 2015, 6:26 PM

David added the definition of "Team health" to both the main THC page, and also to the template (on office wiki) that gets transcluded into the Results pages (on office wiki)

The THC reminder email template (to be sent the day before the session) now includes a mention of indicators/influencers. That template is in this page: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Team_Practices_Group/Health_check_survey/Guidance_for_facilitators
