@ggellerman: Please review this section: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Team_Practices_Group/Health_check_survey/Guidance_for_facilitators#During_the_Meeting to make sure it includes everything you think is important from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1asUab0nx4Uk8YvDQRFxnMJ_1-NhBE_usCIKtLuB0ooM/edit

If you're OK with it (without or after making your own edits), go ahead and drag to done.

@ksmith - looks good, though I would include "This is an exercise to come up with a baseline rather than come up with actions" where you mention that the meeting is not about problem solving in point 3

@ggellerman: I'm not clear how "baseline" would fit used there. I think of a baseline as being an initial measurement, against which later measurements will be made. Perhaps you have a different definition of baseline in mind? Is there an alternative word that we could agree on?

@ksmith Some teams are receiving the health check for the first time. Also in Megamatrix, we have the up and down arrows to compare ratings in the previous quarter. So I am totally open to another word. Please suggest one ;)

@ggellerman: I added the bold text to the following item. Hopefully that captures the spirit of what you intended.

  1. For each focus area, team will reach consensus on a rating, which can be compared to previous quarters to detect trends

@ksmith - how about:

"For each focus area, the team will aim to reach consensus on a rating, which can be compared to previous quarters to detect progress"

Grace and I agreed on "For each focus area, team will aim to reach consensus on a rating, which can be compared to previous quarters to detect trends"
