This cannot be a Google-Code-in-2017 task until someone provides information how to add the existing translation. :)

@Petrb: Who could mentor this task and also knows French well enough to review a contributed translation within 36 hours?
See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Google_Code-in/Mentors#Task_requirements : "if the task can be completed by machines or if the task cannot be reviewed by somebody who knows the language, do not offer it".

Yes, let's remove it from GCI for now. I don't speak French :( also it's rather complex thing
