Wikibugs should not notify channels for "added a commit" events
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

These are duplicative with the grrrit-wm events. And additional annoyance comes from the fact that merges for MediaWiki extension repositories get pinged twice. Once in the repo, and once in the mediawiki/extensions parent repo (which cites the commit message).

grrrit-wm: (Merged) jenkins-bot: Support local composer setup [extensions/SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi] - https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/220996 (owner: Krinkle)

wikibugs: MediaWiki-Vagrant, Labs-Vagrant, SyntaxHighlight: mediawiki::import_dump fails with "PHP Fatal error: Class 'KzykHys\Pygments\Pygments' not found" - https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T103890#1402875 (Krinkle)

Sorry, the logging of wikibugs was not working correctly, so I can't figure out what the original data from the API was. Could you give another example when this happens again? Thanks!
