These are problems on http://devhub.wmflabs.org to address over the short-term.

Some of these don't apply on mediawiki.org or would go away when we T101441: Goal: Integrate the new Web APIs hub with mediawiki.org

Do we really need a tracking task for this? What about simply a workboard column in #dev.wikimedia.org?
