Red links on pt.wikiversity default to edit source while visual editor should be the default

Description

On pt.wikiversity, the default edit action was changed to the visual editor, as we requested (see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T69582).

However, the default edit action for red links is still edit source, causing usability issues.

Please make red links open the visual editor, as we did not request any such exception.
