Description

Current interwiki listing is incorrect as some newly added wikis are sorted in the end of the list. It should be changed:

in code name based lists:

:tyv should be in between :ty and :udm
:mai should be in between :lv and :map-bms
:lrc should be in between :lo and :lt
:gom should be in between :gn and :got

in language name based lists:

:tyv [Тыва дыл] should be in between :tw and :udm
:mai [मैथिली] should be in between :hu and :mk
:lrc [لۊری شومالی] should be in between :lmo and :hu
:gom [गोवा कोंकणी / Gova Konknni] should be in between :got and :hak

I really do not know where is the exact internal list of all interwikies (perhaps this https://www.mediawiki.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=interwikimap ?) I am talking about usual wikipedia language interwiki lists which you can see for example here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia : inscriptions 'Тыва дыл', 'मैथिली' and 'गोवा कोंकणी / Gova Konknni' are incorrectly placed at the end of the list.
